MUTC 209 Ear Training III
This course provides practical application of the content of MUTC 201 and MUTC 202 . Students will learn sightsinging and transcription of melodies that modulate, as well as melodies from the post-tonal era. Students will perform, identify and transcribe rhythms from the post-tonal era and sing and transcribe modulating harmonic progressions. This course also develops students’ abilities to perceive relationships across musical forms. Credit(s): 2
