MATH 208 Advanced Statistics
A continuation of MATH 207 , designed to develop in the student a level of statistical sophistication sufficient for the comprehension of empirical research and to assist the student in the selection, application, and interpretation of commonly used statistics. Topics include hypothesis testing and parameter estimation on four classes of parameters: relative frequency, location, dispersion, and statistical inference. Credit(s): 3
