Shenandoah Conservatory offers minors in music, music composition, theatre and dance. Acceptance into Conservatory minors must be approved by the Conservatory Director of Advising. 

The  Music Composition Minor is open to all Conservatory students who wish to build composition skills and enhance their creative music-making experience while pursuing other degree programs. The minor includes an introduction to compositional techniques and styles, applied lessons and composer forum.
