This course is designed to develop knowledge and
 skills related to the
application of service delivery, curriculum and
 instruction of students with
disabilities in the general mathematics curriculum
 K-12. Students develop and
use curriculum-based and standardized mathematics
 assessments to conduct
ongoing evaluations to determine student needs as
 they relate to the general

mathematics instructional strategies to address
 calculations, reasoning and
problem-solving skills. Instructional practices
 and interventions are aligned with
the Virginia Standards of Learning and state
