PALM 312 Arts Marketing and Audience Engagement



This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of nonprofit performing arts marketing and audience engagement. Specific topics covered include current conditions in arts attendance, understanding performing arts audiences and consumerism, strategic marketing process and planning, communicating and delivering value, market research, new communication technology, brand identity, building customer loyalty and delivering service.
