MUPP 333 Piano Pedagogy II
This course is a study of materials, methods and repertoire for the successful teaching of the developing piano student (intermediate, advanced and college preparatory). Students will explore issues relevant to the developing pianist: performance anxiety, advanced technique and physical/psychological/sociological well-being. This course includes a segment on the use of technology in piano teaching, observations and supervised teaching practicum for these levels of students. Credit(s): 2
