SU Global MBA

The SU Global MBA is a 36-credit graduate program designed for mid-career professionals
with significant business experience. It offers a rigorous and integrative curriculum grounded
in global business practices, strategic thinking, cross-cultural leadership, and ethical decision-
making.


Delivered in a hybrid format, the program blends asynchronous and synchronous online
learning with periodic face-to-face sessions, providing flexibility for working professionals.
Courses are taught in Mandarin or a bilingual Mandarin-English format, depending on the
course design. All applicants must demonstrate native fluency or professional proficiency in
Mandarin Chinese.


The curriculum includes a 6-credit foundational bootcamp, 27 credit hours of core
coursework, and a 3-credit capstone. Core areas include business analytics, finance,
marketing, leadership, operations, and international business. A minimum of two years of
full-time professional work experience is required for admission.


Graduates of the SU Global MBA program will be able to:
 Apply analytical and data-informed approaches to solve complex business problems.
 Demonstrate ethical reasoning and socially responsible leadership in decision-making.
 Communicate effectively across cultural, linguistic, and organizational boundaries.
 Lead and collaborate in diverse, globalized business environments.
 Integrate functional knowledge to develop strategic solutions in dynamic market
contexts.


These learning outcomes align with the assurance of learning goals established by AACSB-
International accredited programs, supporting the development of competent, globally
minded, and socially responsible business leaders.

Admissions Requirements

Applicants to the SU Global MBA program must provide the following documents
along with the application form:
 A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally or nationally accredited
institution.
 For degrees earned in China, official degree verification issued by the appropriate
Chinese educational authorities is required. (please contact the SU Global MBA office
for details)
 Official documentation of all post-secondary education credentials.
 A reflective statement of study purpose and goals.
 A current résumé outlining relevant professional experience.
 A minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience.
 A successful admissions interview conducted by the SU Global Admissions
Committee.
 One letter of recommendation from a recent supervisor or professional reference.
 Any additional supporting documents as requested by the admissions office.
