The Esports Management concentration is designed to prepare individuals for careers in esports administration and management; including, but not limited to,  interscholastic, intercollegiate, professional esports organizations, esports event organizers and entrepreneurial esports ventures. Esports management involves any combination of skills related to planning, organizing, directing, controlling, budgeting, leading and evaluating within the context of an organization or department whose service is related to esports.
