Non-Degree Seeking Student
The Shenandoah University TDPT program invites practicing physical therapists who are interested in satisfying ongoing professional development goals or continuing education requirements.Select courses are available for non-degree seeking students, with a passing grade of 80% required to earn credit for each course taken. Non-degree seeking students are eligible to take up to 3 courses. Students who wish to obtain their DPT degree, and meet admissions criteria, may transfer in all coursework successfully completed through the SU TDPT program to earn their DPT degree at SU.
Eligibility Requirements
- Provide a copy of current licensure as a physical therapist.
- Verification of full-time employment for at least 1 year as a physical therapist prior to applying to the program.
- Non-Native English Speaking (NNES) applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language as described in the admissions requirements for international students in this catalog. Applicants may also demonstrate proficiency in the English language by providing evidence that they earned the required TOEFL score in order to obtain licensure in their current state of practice.
