The B.S. in Information Technology (52 credits in the major) prepares students to work in a wide range of technical fields, including, but not limited to: E-Commerce Applications, Network and Telecommunications support, IT Security Support, Virtual Reality and Data Analysis. The applied nature of the degree will prepare graduates to follow a range of careers paths including IT administration, product development, client support, project planning and project management. Students will acquire a solid foundation in computing fundamentals and will become active problem solvers through team-based project work throughout the program. In addition to required foundation and capstone courses, students choose a concentration to complete according to their area of interest and career goals.
