DA 131 Entertainment Industry Styles I



This course for dance majors develops skills, knowledge and appreciation of Entertainment Industry Dance Styles through the study of fundamental techniques germain to classical and contemporary forms including, but not limited to, jazz, afro/latin, street/club, social/ballroom & commercial styles.  Through these processes, students develop an understanding of the technical and artistic foundations necessary for performance, choreography and teaching.
