CJ 343 Criminal Law



This course introduces students to the philosophy, and structure of modern criminal law and also provides an examination of the central legal principles, procedures and concerns in the criminal justice system. Students examine the elements of major offenses, inchoate crimes and defenses such as justification and excuse. Credit(s): 3
