MBA 623 Application of Leading People & Organizations

This course emphasizes the practical application of leadership and strategic thinking in business environments. Students will apply core leadership principles to manage human capital, lead diverse teams and drive strategic change. Students will strengthen their ability to make informed decisions, communicate effectively and influence outcomes in dynamic organizational settings. (Prerequisite: MBA 622: Foundations of Leading People & Organizations)
