POLICY 4.18.3.6 - Step Six – President’s Review
The faculty member may accept the recommendation of the hearing
panel or request an appeal to the president within 10 working days. The
president will review the evidence and testimony of the case, as well as
findings by the provost and the hearing panel. Within one week, the
president’s written decision will be presented to all interested parties,
outlining the reasons for the decision. The president’s decision will be
final.
