POLICY 4.13.3.4 - Post-Sabbatical Obligations
Following the completion of a sabbatical, and prior to the end of the subsequent semester, the faculty member must submit a self-assessment of the sabbatical to their dean or director and to the provost. Within one year of the completion of the sabbatical, the faculty member must also make an on campus presentation of the results of the sabbatical. The faculty member receiving the sabbatical obligates themselves to return to the institution after completion of the sabbatical, and remain in full-time teaching service for a period of one academic year. In the event the recipient does not return at the completion of the sabbatical, the full amount of the stipend is immediately repayable.
