POLICY 4.6.3.4.3 - Salary A fixed sum determined by number of equated hours of instruction anticipated on the basis of enrollment at the time the letter of intent is issued. In subsequent terms, the salary may be adjusted up or down to reflect actual enrollment, but the annual workload is expected to be no less than 50 percent or more than 75 percent of a full-time faculty load.
Salary is based at time of issuance of letter of intent on academic credentials, other professional qualifications, experience, rank assigned, discipline, and/or assignment.
