POLICY 4.6.3.3.8 - Evaluation All faculty will receive regular written performance evaluations by their dean, director or chair as determined by the school, with sign-off by the dean in all cases. These evaluations will be no less frequent than the schedule below.
- Pre-career contract faculty: annual evaluation
- Post-career contract faculty and senior lecturer: evaluation every 3 years
- Lecturer, visiting, and adjunct faculty: annual evaluation
Additional reviews may be initiated by the dean, director or chair as needed, or may be requested by the faculty member.
Faculty may provide a formal written response to the evaluation within 30 days.
