POLICY 4.2 - Qualifications for Appointment to Faculty Rank

• Instructor: hold an appropriate master’s degree.
• Assistant Professor: hold an appropriate terminal degree or professional equivalency
• Associate Professor and Professor: have the appropriate experience and credentials as defined under Qualifications for Promotion in Rank and Career Faculty Contract (POLICY 4.10.4 ).
