POLICY 3.5.1.1.2 - Attendance
Committee members are expected to regularly attend committee meetings. In the event that a member is unable to attend a regularly scheduled meeting of the committee, they shall provide the chair with advance notice of at least 24 hours that they will be unable to attend a regular meeting (except in unforeseen or emergency situations). Unexcused absences will be recorded for all members who do not provide advance notice. Upon three unexcused absences in the current academic year, the member will automatically be removed from their position as a university or standing committee member.
