PH 505 Social & Behav Aspects of Public HealthThis course is a broad introduction to health
promotion approaches in the social and behavioral
sciences that can inform public health practice
and research. It will examine public health from
a multidisciplinary and population-oriented
perspective with a focus on reducing preventable
disease, reducing mortality and promoting health
