MIS 527 Operations ManagementThis course provides: 1) an overview of issues and problems that frequently occur in the management of business processes, operations and systems, 2) general strategies for managing such operations and 3) quantitative and qualitative tools that can be fruitfully used in conjunction with those management strategies. The emphasis of this course is business applications, not mathematics and statistics. Credit(s): 3
