PSY 414 Posttraumatic Stress Disorder


 

This course focuses on Posttraumatic Stress
 Disorder (PTSD), including its history, who
 suffers from this disorder and the reasons behind
 it, its traits and characteristics and how they
 manifest themselves in people, as well as
 treatment options for those diagnosed. Also, this
 course considers other anxiety disorders that may
 present themselves along with PTSD. Credit(s): 3

Prerequisite(s): PSY 101 and PSY310.
