CJ 366 Race and Crime
This course examines the influence and impact of race and ethnicity on crime and the operation of the criminal justice system. Topics will include racial and minority disparities in victimization, how race and other minority statuses are determined, how they affect perceptions of crime, bias in law enforcement and successful remedies, and the impact of these topics on outcomes in the criminal justice system.
