TH 148 Voice and Speech for the Actor I



This course is the first in a series of three classes designed to train BFA in Acting majors to produce neutral, supported and resonant voice production with a flexible articulating instrument, demonstrating a marketable sound for the professional theatrical marketplace. This course will focus on the foundational elements of anatomy and production while utilizing the International Phonetic Alphabet with a diagnostic evaluation of the individual student.
