MUTC 422 Instrumentation

This course covers principles and techniques for use of orchestral instruments. It includes the study of ranges, voicings, timbre and idiomatic characteristics. Learning is supported by practical scoring for each instrument group and for various combinations of all instruments. Credit(s): 2
