LST 735 Organizational Theory and BehaviorThis is an introduction to the structures and processes of organizations, with an emphasis on organizational theory and behavior. This course examines behavior (individual and collective) in organizations. Included among the topics are the examination of concepts such as motivation, group dynamics, culture, perception, communication, and change. Learners will develop an appreciation for, and an understanding of, the importance of the dynamic nature of individual and collective action as they impact organizational effectiveness. Credit(s): 3
