NPLB 675 End of Life TransitionsStudents will explore various end-of-life transitions being navigated by geriatric clients accessing care in the primary care setting. Students will use critical thinking skills to understand insurance, advanced directives and other information needed when caring for the geriatric population. This course will also have students synthesize their communication skills in order to assist geriatric clients and their families in making care decisions at the end of life. Credit(s): 4
