FIN 502 Foundations of Finance

This course is an introduction to all aspects of finance, including the role of finance in a business organization; the role of financial markets and institutions; interpretation, analysis and forecasting of financial statements; time value of money; financing and investment decisions; the various instruments of debt and equity; and valuation methods.
